Please feel free to bring your pet in anytime to acclimate them to our clinic. This will reduce the stress level of your pet during office visits and exams.
Due to the variety of animals we treat we have specific safety requirements for all animals coming into our clinic.
If your pet needs to be hospitalized for treatments, diagnostics, or procedures you will need to sign a consent form, an estimate, and leave your contact information. A deposit of half of estimated costs will be collected at that time.
For your convenience, drop-off appointments are offered until 11am. A fee will be incurred for both hospitalized and drop-off patients. This fee includes monitoring your pet, setting up the appropriate kennel or run, and any comfort supplies needed.
Payment is due at time services are rendered. We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer Care Credit, which is a credit plan that can be used for veterinary or dental services. You can apply for Care Credit in our office.
To offset costs of routine and emergency services we recommend obtaining insurance for your pets. The companies we feel offer competitive pricing and quality plans are VPI, ASPCA, Pet Care, and Purina Care. Please ask a Client Care Specialist for more information.
